1. Delivery Area: We provide delivery services across Rajahmundry. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact our customer service team for confirmation.

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is within 4 business days after your laundry is ready for dispatch.
Express Delivery: Need it sooner? Opt for our express delivery service, and we’ll ensure your laundry arrives within 4 hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on the size and type of order, as well as your location.
3. Shipping Charges:
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the volume of your laundry order.
Orders over 500 amount are eligible for free delivery.
For orders below 500, a standard shipping fee of 40 applies.

Once your laundry is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real-time and ensure it reaches you smoothly.
5. Packaging:
We take utmost care to ensure that your laundry is packed securely and hygienically. All garments are neatly folded, pressed, and carefully wrapped in eco-friendly packaging.
6. Delivery Process:
Once your laundry is processed and ready, it will be dispatched to the address you’ve provided.
Our professional delivery staff will notify you of the estimated time of arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
7. Missed Deliveries:
In the event that you are unavailable to receive your delivery, we will attempt to reschedule a convenient time for re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling.
